Removed the option to purchase parts online and pick up at the dealership. That's going to not only cost more to the customers but will reduce the amount of potential buyers. Just a dumb move in my opinion
Due to reconstruction of the dealership and relocating to office trailers the property is congested, but well marked and has an employee to direct you to where you need to go. On arrival at the temporary parts desk, Mr Medina promptly greeted me, looked up my order and went to retrieve my parts at another location on the property. The order was correct and complete. Charges over MSRP and the online price on BEV SMITH'S WEBSITE for parts. I hope the extra 10 bucks was worth losing a customer forever....Scummy dealerships...all of them! SCUMBAGS!
