Could be Better This place has been around for at least 15-20 years. If you are a body builder - this is the place to go as it is owned by Bev Francis, a former women's champion bodybuilder. Unfortunately the location is in an industrial area which makes parking difficult - especially during the day. And it can be hard to find as it is off the road in the back of an alley. The facilities are adequate to get a good workout but it should be much cleaner and the locker rooms are not great.
