Bev was very quick at providing us with quotes and prices were great!
I worked with Lori to move our coverage here from Ohio. Our rates initially tripled for no apparent reason. Lori was super helpful from the initial ask of moving our coverage, to working with me to get our rates back where they should be. She was very professional, kind, patient, and understanding. Would highly reccomend!

Very poor. I have never filled a claim. Recently we have had down pours where water got into our basement. Our claim was denied. A friend of ours had a daughter that left the garden hose left on outside and water flooded their basement. It was covered. While on the phone with our agent, he said omg we have water on the floor, I left the sink running and hung up. Prior to hanging up we told him to call Serve Pro and thank God it didn't come from rain. Good bye Bev Cundiff and State Farm!!!
