Dirty place where the guy will work with you and get it done
Dropped off 2 items which sat for 2 months...every time I called, I was given a different commitment. Finally two months later said I'm coming to get them. Showed up and one item was in a beat up cardboard box, disassembled, and with missing parts that ended up being scattered all over the shop. Handed me the box and I said "so I bring it to you fully assembled and two months later you hand it back in pieces with no assurance that everything is even in the box to put it back together". Went in this morning looking for discontinued parts. I was on my way to work and in a dress definitely didn't look like I knew anything about lawnmowers. These guys were great! Very helpful and welcoming. I have had many experiences in the last few months where I have been treated like a dumb girl when it comes to fixing machines. The guys here not once made me feel that way. And if I needed repairs in the future I could not handle on my own I would most definitely seek them out! Thanks guys ☺️
Did a great job and took only minutes to fix it. Clogged bottom of mower with grass. Will you use again.
