Through the whole process was great from lease signing to now living here. Would recommend.
Do not move here. Illegal entrances, unaccountability like ive never experienced, cockroaches, illegally tampering with the power YOU pay for. Water is dangerously hot and unregulated. Laundry facilities are a joke. Dont move here because its cheap. It will not save you money. Im so fortunate to have another option and get to leave, so sorry for those who cant.
It's a nice building with mostly friendly people. Be warned, the gym is very lacking. And the "community room for tenant use" comes with a $150 rental fee and $200 security deposit. Seems only "community events" are free. What a waste. It's a lovely room they keep locked up tight.
Lindsay will make anyones life that works for her father or renting a unit a living hell. I've been trying to give her my insurance...she refused the first time because she didn't want to forget where she left off on her computer.
