It's a nice building with mostly friendly people. Be warned, the gym is very lacking. And the "community room for tenant use" comes with a $150 rental fee and $200 security deposit. Seems only "community events" are free. What a waste. It's a lovely room they keep locked up tight.
Lindsay will make anyones life that works for her father or renting a unit a living hell. I've been trying to give her my insurance...she refused the first time because she didn't want to forget where she left off on her computer. Been living at Arkle Lane now for a year and have had a great experience. Very Quite building and very clean. Neighbours are friendly. No Mice issues in my apartment or anyone I have spoken to in the building. Just a short walk from the shops and the Movies. Back when I applied the process was great and the staff was really friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment
