The service dept tried to help me get my mustang trunk open but couldn't work on for several days. My autobody shop said they could if I ordered a new trunk lid latch, which I did from Bo Bueckman parts dept. They ordered a housing without the lock mechanism and now refuse to take it back. Not a fan!
"We charge 2.5% fee for all credit card transactions". Really? I've used this location for all my Ford service in the past, but this feels like nickel and dime tactics and surprise charges now. Also during the last appointment they didn't apply the coupon I provided up front to the service agent and they had to redo the bill at checkout.
They are always “swamped” so not timely
