Betzler was absolutely amazing from the first initial contact. They handled my uncle’s service absolutely beautifully. They truly honored who he was. They made the whole process easy. The support and kindness by everyone made the planning process so much easier. Karen answered all of my questions timely and with compassion. She assisted with his lifestory as well and took the stress off of us. She did a wonderful job. They made sure everything we wanted was taken care of. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.
