Had a wonderful experience with Gisele and the installer. Very thorough communication, explanation of various window treatment selections. She was very patient in working with us through various quotes, color, fabric selections. Install was very quick once window treatments were in and they are beautiful. Very happy with the final outcome.
Great business to work with. We had an issue with the chain of the blinds being too long for our toddlers and they helped us fix the issue. In addition, they provided us with excellent advice to get great value on our blind choices. We were thinking of spending more but after showing us the pros/cons advised us that it may not be worth the extra cost for our situation. After installation and seeing the product I would definitely agree. Highly recommend.
Jizelle was fantastic in helping me find the right blinds for my home. The blinds came in quicker than expected. Installation was very thorough and quick. The entire house was finished in 30 - 45 minutes. I highly recommend Betz Blinds.
