No one works the office anymore. Gate stays wide open for anyone to drive in at all times of the day. Units leaking. Nobody calls you back. Customer service online thinks they have only RV parking when actually it’s a covered building. Can’t take payment online to rent. As always .. take a good thing and ruin it when you don’t have someone working there. Not everyone in the world can telework from a phone and have the same service as in person. If the owner reads this please reach out.
Great storage unit. The people there are nice and have great customer service. I highly recommend using this place..
