This menu was SO GOOD. Alison is certainly a master of her craft. So glad I was able to experience her food. Can't wait for next time.
My latest local obsession! Alison (of Between the Hills Events) is the culinary genius behind Scarlet Spring Farms' delicious luxury picnics. My husband and I enjoyed a fresh salad followed by crab cakes, which coupled beautifully with the tartar sauce (I've always disliked tartar sauce, but consider me a convert - Alison's is to die for!), well-seasoned potatoes, and savory ciabatta. Eager for more, I've been keeping an eye on her seasonal menu shifts and hope to try her key lime tiramisu soon!
BTH catered and served our small 30-person wedding recently and it was 10/10 all around. The food was top notch of course but also the service and care and extra thought from Alison and her team. We felt very taken care of. Can’t recommend their food and services enough!
