Walked in the door with a seam split on some scrub pants I had purchased from there months ago. All staff went out of there way to get me in and out in a timely manner. They are very helpful in helping you find exactly what you want, even if it means ordering it for you. Forever buying my scrubs from Betty's Uniforms!!!
That awkward moment when you go to put on your scrub top and there is a hole under the arm...sigh. Thankfully I was referred to Betty's uniform. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and assisted in finding the size, color, and brand I was looking for. Today it's so easy to just click a few buttons and buy online from a mass retailer, but true customer service is a lost art.
