When I ventured into Betty's I never EVER expected so much stuff and such a variety and such great quality of merchandise. I also never expected such reasonable prices. Betty and Eric are two people who are the definition of customer service. They are helpful, honest, and they know about the products they sell. This store is awsome. It has taken me a long time to find a store that I like that is also reasonable. Not only is the store awsome but the couple that run it are as well. They are thrilled to get new cutomers and will help in every way they can. I have recommended this store to my scrapbooking friends and I recommend it to everyone else as well.
This is my FAVRITE scrapbook store! Betty and Eric are absolutely wonderful. As mentioned in another review they are always more than happy to stop and help you if you need anything. For example, I recently bought a product and it was not working properly so I asked Betty to take a look. Not only did she take a look for me but she called the company and was able to get them to send me a replacement, all while i was in the store! These are wonderful, wonderful people with great products!
Betty and Eric are the best! This place has everything. If they don't they will get it "Just For You"...Everyone is special at the Stamping and Scrapbooking Room. Living an hour away is no problem when it comes to shopping either. They are very nice to hold items (within reason) for you as well. If you have not been...you are missing a treat. Fantastic store and owners. They are always willing to take the time to help with everything .. If they don't know the answer or have a product, they will find an answer and try to get the product. They know their customers and treat them like family. If you haven't been to see Betty and Eric at the Stamping and Scrapbooking Room, give it a try. I know you will love it.
