Betty is nice as well as other staff. Been going here for years and service has been consistent :)
Worst nail salon experience I’ve had. I went to Betty Nails & Spa and was actually cut during the service, which was painful and completely unacceptable. On top of that, they didn’t even remove my Gel-X properly — my nails are still covered in leftover product. Now I have to book another appointment somewhere else and pay again just to fix their mess.
