The care and staff at Betty’s Garden are a 5 star but their billing system is 1 star. We had an automatic monthly payment set up for my moms care and after died. I called and asked to stop the automatic payment and I was told I had to stop it on their website. However their website won’t allow you to stop the auto payment so I called back and told the billing person and she said she would tell the home office and have it stopped. Alot of good reviews are the workers who's been asked to help make them look good so they can win the $2,000.00 cash prize that the residents didn't get to see . The higher-ups is very disrespectful and unprofessional. There's been more Falls an assistant living home there's Wheelchairs and hospital beds and people with catheters that should not be there and I'm sure there's open wounds too there's a thing I'm not going to lie for anyone and clearly i don't like the way i bring it up to resolve the issue but gets fired for d... read more

the management staff is unprofessional,the work environment you basically just have to figure it out no one wants to deal with the things that come with dementia ,the job is basically baby sitting because there are no activities nothing to engage the residents just the tv and then when you try to find things to engage them the management staff finds some way to shut it down
