I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically chose and paid for a floral arrangement online that had a very distinct look and value. What was delivered was completely different — different flowers, colors, and overall presentation. Not only did it not match what I ordered, but it also appeared to be of much lower value than what I paid for. I purchased some flowers for my mother and what was delivered was not very close to the arrangement that I ordered from the website. I understand that variations can happen based on flower availability, but the differences in flowers and color scheme were pretty substantial. I would have preferred to pick a different arrangement if the flowers I selected were unachievable. Called to have a bouquet delivered. To my surprise, Betty, the owner, picked up and quoted me different bundles. Same day delivery was available and she provided excellent customer service. I look forward to using this shop again in the future!

Ordered some nice pink flowers for my wife’s birthday. They were lovely, and looked better than the picture. The balloon was bigger than the picture showed which my daughter loved. Will definitely use in the future.

Very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the photo and additionally I paid a little extra for the "deluxe". I have emailed Betty's three times with no response I sent a picture of what was delivered and still no response. The only positive was that they delivered when they said they would.
