Nice enough, did a good job. Friendly.
I have never gotten a perm before and Lori did an AMAZING job. I absolutely love it and will never be going to anyone else for any of my future appointments. She even gave me pointers on how to maintain my hair and keep it healthy. 10 out of 10 service.
Lori does an excellent job on my hair every time. As a man with long hair who likes a nice trim up every once in a while, she manages make it perfect every time.
I have gone to Lori loads of times, and she is absolutely amazing! I can ask her to give me a fall look and she just dazzles me, then I was just in for my spring look and once again feel like a princess! If you want someone who will treat you extremely kindly, and kick absolute butt with your hair she’s where you should go!
I live in Grand Rapids but I drove over 2 hours to get a perm at Betty's. Rachel always does a great job and she's fun too.
