Extremely unorganized. Don't understand the concept of a reservation even when confirmed 2 days prior. Then they were rude about the whole thing. Very disappointed, especially when I have been there multiple times in the past. Terrible way to treat return customers.
Love everything about Betty's. Great grounds, staff, facility, and calming and pampering touches.
Just got a massage from Jessie and it was incredible. Totally recommend this place.
My first time yesterday at Betty's and won't be my last. Head to toe massage with Sandra,love her so sweet and what a pro, also a facial with Esmeralda,loved her too,another pro. Heading back for them to spoil me again. Won't even try somewhere else.
