Terrible experience, very bad service. They gave us an appointment for a dress alteration and they didn't keep their deadline. They only make excuses and don't respond seriously. pésima experiencia, muy mal servicio, nos dieron cita para una modificación a un vestido y nos incumplieron, solo sacan excusas y no responden con seriedad.
My reservation was honored with a nearly 90min friendly try-on experience! I removed 1 star due to the lack of detailed attention towards the end. A cape was left on the floor and during the removal of the last dress, the curtains were partially opened.
I had such a great shopping experience! My best woman and I were looking for a dress for her, and Valerie assisted us throughout the visit. We ended up walking out with two dresses—even though I had no intention of buying a second one! The dresses in this boutique are absolutely beautiful. Valerie was so pleasant, patient, professional, and truly made our shopping experience a wonderful one. We will definitely be back!
