My grandma has been there for over a week and has been neglected and mistreated. To make matters worse, no one is allowed to be with her because of covid restrictions, which are different for every hospital. No one ever calls us back or informs us of what is going on. She’s not allowed to have anyone with her, and we aren’t allowed to advocate by phone?! She has been having mini strokes, so she is often confused and scared. Can someone please explain to me why my wife has been admitted for 4 days and has still not seen the OB she was told she would see. Why won't you even answer the nurses numerous call to get you to help her. Dr. Grant, what kind of OB doctor are you to keep a patient waiting so long?! I'm letting the WORLD know what kind of doctor you are. CHECK ON MY WIFE!!

this place is just ridiculous. my husband calls and sees if you can check in to the Er over the phone (kennestone you can) and the lady literally just hangs up on him. we get to the Er, my husband has a very very injured back from the army and a kindey stone passing through now, which is making his back pain way worse. he can barely breathe, barely walk on his own and the lady won't even let me stand next to him while they check him in.
