Professional and respectful.
We had a shameful experience at this clinic during a bone density test. I was helping a relative with translation. The receptionist was very kind, patient, and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the bone density technician (I believe her name was Souha) was the opposite. She asked whether the patient was “first time or high risk.” When I asked what she meant by “high risk,” she replied: “I’m not here to explain to you, go talk to your doctor.” Since she initiated the question, a simple clarification would have been app... read more
I have been going here for years . The staff is amazing , each visit has been pleasant. I just called central booking on Thursday November 13 at 9:11 and the lady I spoke with was the best. We laughed , I asked how do I get Ultrasound on top of my Mammogram.. she explained so much and made me so comfortable. Not one bad thing to say here . This is the place to go for sure
Mammogram…Ladies go here! I’ve heard painful stories of friend’s experiences at other clinics. I dreaded my first one. It was a breeze. I go every year, and have low pain tolerance but these gals are great! If you dread going… make the trip here…it’s a game changer!
