It was my favorite place for my routine test. Now, the service is horrible. I had called several times trying to have an appointment. Online, is impossible. Finally I got a receptionist, and she said, If I don't like I can look for another place. Yes. Thank you. I got a new place.
This place don't pay enough money to their phone call service. Good luck making an appointment. They leave u on hold min 15min just to see if u have past record. It's like I am calling government offices and barely getting help. Look where else for ur mammogram check ups.
I received a call back with results on 11/05.
I had a mamo on 10/19. It's 11/02 I have not recieved any information regarding results. I called and only managed to get thru a muffled voice mail that was impossible to understand. I left a message anyway and hopefully will get a call back but I won't hold my breath.
