This place don't pay enough money to their phone call service. Good luck making an appointment. They leave u on hold min 15min just to see if u have past record. It's like I am calling government offices and barely getting help. Look where else for ur mammogram check ups.
I received a call back with results on 11/05.
I had a mamo on 10/19. It's 11/02 I have not recieved any information regarding results. I called and only managed to get thru a muffled voice mail that was impossible to understand. I left a message anyway and hopefully will get a call back but I won't hold my breath.
The customer service line was not helpful and sounded even intimating. I was booked by Hackensack UMC for annual mammogram and called to find out if they are in my insurance network. The staff didn't even ask for my ID and simply said they accept my insurance. However, when I check with my insurance, I was told that this Institute is out of network. Canceled the appointment right away.
