Been waiting 3 days now to get a appt called 3 days in a row even said I would be put with supervisor, nothing now its Monday morning 8.30 called main number told same thing no 1 picking up give till noon I think its time to go else where plus I told them had pain in right breast this is awful.
Always went here. A lump was found and I have to have it tracked. Hackensack has done multiple biopsies. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since June 2025 for my annual. I’ve been ping ponged back and forth between scheduling and the nurses. This past time the nurse got snippy with me because I mentioned the lump. She wouldn’t make the appointment and told me that scheduling would call me. That has not happened. So unfortunate. I have been coming here for years and it’s gotten so bad. Scheduling is horrible I made an appointment for same day mammogram and ultrasound due to my very busy schedule its hard for me to find time. I got to my appointment and they stated they had to call me back for ultrasound due to tech leaving at certain time. So I came back for ultrasound on different day and since it was just an ultrasound I asked if I would be able to bring my 4 year old son. Person I spoke to said it would be fine. It was my favorite place for my routine test. Now, the service is horrible. I had called several times trying to have an appointment. Online, is impossible. Finally I got a receptionist, and she said, If I don't like I can look for another place. Yes. Thank you. I got a new place.
