Been waiting 3 days now to get a appt called 3 days in a row even said I would be put with supervisor, nothing now its Monday morning 8.30 called main number told same thing no 1 picking up give till noon I think its time to go else where plus I told them had pain in right breast this is awful.
Always went here. A lump was found and I have to have it tracked. Hackensack has done multiple biopsies. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since June 2025 for my annual. I’ve been ping ponged back and forth between scheduling and the nurses. This past time the nurse got snippy with me because I mentioned the lump. She wouldn’t make the appointment and told me that scheduling would call me. That has not happened. So unfortunate.
