I bought a three-piece electric reclining living room set from Betty roses about 18 months ago. The love seat stopped reclining 13 months ago— we called them. They were very nice on the phone and made promises to come and check on it —-never showed up !!!! Call them again and again they made promises —-also no show again for the second time !!!
