Not happy with the service we received last night at 95th and Nall location! Very inconsistent in how much and who was making your ice cream. It’s like they all put different amounts in each cup, we have five singles and not a one was equal… a couple had half as much as the others! Very irritating and when I question it they could have cared less and had no answer! Very disappointed especially for the price of your ice cream… it’s delicious and I’ve enjoyed in the past but will not be returning!
We love Betty Rae's because the flavors are varied and rich and it's so creamy. When GOOD friends come over, we might even share a pint or two (of ice cream) with them!
Peyton (Payton) and Zoey were amazing. They were really helpful. This is by far the best location. So polite and friendly.
Great experience as always. Employees are always very helpful. My favorite ice cream local to KC by far.
Usually I have no issues with this location and love it a lot. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 though because when I was in yesterday, the worker didn't give me the ability to use my points and redeem my free scoop, it came up with my phone number and she swiped out of it.
