I had a terrible experience with this office and will never schedule with this doctor again. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes without anyone acknowledging the delay or providing any update. Not a single staff member came to explain what was going on or apologize for the inconvenience. When I finally got up to ask, I was simply told that the doctor was running behind and that if I couldn’t wait, I should reschedule. That response was completely unacceptable.
