I called from Miami, Florida, and the customer service was excellent. They chose for me a beautiful bouquet at a reasonable price. The delivery service was highly surprising in a timely manner. I'm really happy about Betty J's Florist. I highly recommend their service and wish they could have a store in Miami.

I received a gorgeous red rose bouquet from my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. I don't normally receive flowers delivered by a florist, so this was a big treat! The arrangement was stunning! After a couple of days, the roses began to droop and did not open. After speaking with the florist, my husband was told to please return the bouquet and they would replace it with an arrangement. This was in the middle of Valentine season. Picked up a nice bouque from their website and I received some wilted dry horrible flowers. They also refused to refund and ignored all the emails.
