Flowers were delivered today and turned out beautiful! Highly recommend Betty J’s!
The order arrived on time, but unfortunately, the flower bouquet lasted less than a week. I ordered the deluxe arrangement and was expecting something a bit more impressive in size and quality, especially given the price. While it looked nice initially, I’m not sure I would purchase again due to the high cost and short lifespan.
I can't say enough about how great this shop is. I have ordered from Betty J's twice for Valentines and an anniversary and both we absolutely stunning (Roses and Sunflowers). What really makes me a customer for life is their customer service. On the second order unfortunately the roses turned pretty quickly, I sent an email and by the next morning they had already replied and were making a brand new arrangement. I paid almost 200 dollars for a "delux" flower arrangement, flowers was pretty and my wife loved them....BUT, only half of the arrangement had flowers, the backside had nothing but fillers, I didn't get the base that was supposed to come with the flowers I selected, flower store is around the corner from my job, called and asked if I'd take the delivery 30 minutes early I said yes, almost an hour later the flowers arrived, saying the delivery vehicle was broke down, the flowers were not placed in water but rather a Styrofoam... read more
