She kept my grandma's papers we ask her to take my grandpa off the deed for the house and she took 308.00 from her to do that and did not do any thing that was back in march and in july my grandma called for all her papers back we went in there the Receptionist said she did not know about her coming down to get them and then went back and a few minutes late come back out telling us she could not find her file that she will have it by friday so she can pick it up .it took a week to found it we went in on monday . Betty just finished a three year adoption case with us. My husband and I were especially pleased with her professionalism in the courtroom and her personability outside of the courtroom.
