Though she is generally a nice doctor. I feel for years I was strung along. I did every test that was asked of me and saw the other specialists she requested I see to "get to the bottom" of what was going on. Left with worsening condition and finally when I ask for a solid answer im told we are not on the same page and that the additional tests she requested are needed. I have found Dr Betty hsiao to be extremely patient and professional and thorough with me. Coming from another doctor/rheumatologist that was horrendous and just kept upping my pain medicine talked to Betty was incredible to be able to talk to and especially during covid I found her caring and considerate.. My concerns are never addressed. I'm always told wait another 6 months and we will test again. 6 months come and nothing! I asked for an MRI was told probably won't be a significant change. Oh what a surprise. Full shoulder replacement is needed. If I am coming to you with a complaint don't undermine me and make it seem like it's nothing only to then say it's SOMETHING!!
