Office relocating. Will not be opened to Oct 1st.. So why can't I leave a message to get a refill filled. This is so unprofessional. The answering service was no help because the system wasn't set up for leaving messages, ridiculous. I don't understand, why a contingency plan was not put into place for patients and refills?
Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I only saw the doctor once but have dealt with the pathetic office staff twice. I won’t ever go back because there are too many more professionals out here that you don’t have to subject yourself to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
