This dry cleaner was recommended to me by a friend. I was very disappointed (and angry) to find that no one there spoke enough English to understand my specific need. A "crinkle" dress with beads required only steam with no iron and no steam press. The woman kept saying, "press, press"......trying to explain no iron, just steam with a steamer vertically without touching the dress itself was impossible. Betty is Brite Betty Brite is the ultimate in the dry cleaning experience.The ladies at the counter are so helpful and cheerful,they really know how to make their customers smile.They get my clothes back quickly and always do a fabulous job. PROS: everything CONS: none
