They closed early without notifying on the day of my pickup. I needed my clothes for the next day, it was extremely unprofessional. They acted like I was out of line for being upset.
They over charge by a lot! Save yourself a trip and find a different place.

This was my first, and sadly last time using Betty Brite. I gave them 3 dress shirts, and a suit jacket and matching pants to clean. I picked up my order, but realized a day later that I was missing my suit jacket and pants. I will admit that I should have noticed the missing items sooner, but when I contacted the owner and asked if I had left any items there, he insisted that I had picked them up.
