The worst hair salon! I wish I can give them negative 50 stars!! They botched my hair! I ask them to cut the back tail of my hair and they just went scissor crazy and made a mess of my hair. The worse! Stay away from this salon. They have no clue what they’re doing.

Went here for a takedown, wash, sewin, dye (my hair plus the bundles). Love my hair. Giving 3 stars only because I asked for the price in the very beginning and was told “we’ll talk” and then I brought it up again halfway through and still wasn’t given a direct answer and so it made me very uncomfortable the entire time not knowing what I’m dealing with. I was later told $380 and at that point i pretty much had to pay whatever price because it’s already done. I really did not like that…at all but other than that, no complain... read more

10/10! The service and style were amazing— this is the best sew-in I’ve ever gotten. The women who did my hair put so much love and care into the process. The styling was beautiful, and I wanted to wait until the next day to see how it held up — I can confirm it still laid perfectly!

I’m not one to most a review let alone a bad one. That said I’ve hesitated long enough since I took my baby to this salon in the summer. We both went in for a blowout. They did not know how to detangle her 4c hair and tried to do it all in 2 section. I watched my baby’s eyes tear up and offer to assist. But they insisted they got it. They eventually got to the blowout and everything seemed to be going ok. Tell me why when wash day comes around I noticed my child has some stringy ends. Her tight 4c hair is no more. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past my initial appointment slot. I received no apology for the extreme wait and that’s so unfortunate because a simple call to let me know to come in at a later time would have been the right thing to do. I’m very disappointed because I’ve been coming here for years. There were even other customers complaining about how long they been waiting .The salon being crowded and busy is not an excuse for customers who made appointments. This place is very inconsiderate of people’s time.
