I saw great reviews for Dr. Anthony and really wanted to see her but had a bad experience trying to schedule appointment. The receptionist answering the phone was very impatient and unempathetic. Customer service is very important so I decided to find a different doctor.
Pam in the front office would not hold a new patient appt for me, despite me having a a time sensitive, IUD falling out and bleeding issue, because I did not have a physical copy of my new insurance card in hand just yet. Pam knew that I just moved to GA, that my mother is a patient of Dr. Chua's and had highly recommended her, that I had new insurance, no local doctors established yet and that I had this time sensitive issue.
