Kat and her team have helped manage my properties for a while now. They are the absolute best! They are very helpful and quick to respond. The number one choice for anyone who needs their properties managed.
I've worked with Kat since long before she started Betts Real Estate - she has been nothing but wonderful for our HOA so we followed her when she branched out on her own. We are a very small HOA that other property companies were happy to ignore or do minimal work for. Kat treats us as if we were a much larger company.
