Be careful around this driver, runs red lights, goes 10+mph above the 35mph limit, swerves around traffic, and of course doesn't use any turn signals.

I noticed a house for rent that is near the precinct my husband works at, per a sign in the yard. We sold a house and would need housing for a year or two. I could not get a good glance at the address as traffic was moving along and I had only briefly got a look at the number. I contacted them and had the displeasure of speaking with the woman who answered the phone. I've worked with Kat since long before she started Betts Real Estate - she has been nothing but wonderful for our HOA so we followed her when she branched out on her own. We are a very small HOA that other property companies were happy to ignore or do minimal work for. Kat treats us as if we were a much larger company. We've never had any issues working with her....she's a doer and makes your life easier. I would definitely recommend her (and I have!) for your property management needs.
