Great follow up by Nevil Rex in particular. When we first moved in over two years ago we had to make numerous requests regarding defects and Bettio were somewhat slower to respond. But the communication with Nevil has been excellent.. As we are in the process of selling we will be able to give the new owners a positive review of Bettio.

As an inter-state investor with an extensive construction background, the experience was terrible from the start. Spoken to with arrogance, poor communication, lied to multiple times, the build is over 12 months past contract date with a lot of defects. I strongly advise to do your due diligence prior to signing any contracts.

Having settled on a new build close to 5 years, I have been more than impressed by the builder to rectify some defects under the builders warranty. This seems to be a rarity these days by builders. Their responsiveness and open lines of communication has been exceptional.
