Paid retainer in 5 months failed to update will failed to create one updated beneficiary statement interfered with our california real estate lawyer just to cause fees to himself. Losses caused by Presnick estimated by cpa $8 million. Refused to return legal documents that he failed to update so had to pay another lawyer to recreate them: all told said had to say "Alleged"
