We are very happy with the new telephone systems we got for our 5 offices in MD and VA. BetterTel was very fast to install 350 phones and has always provided amazing tech support. We would highly recommend BetterTel.
We had 35 telephone and computer cables installed today. The 2 technicians that came out to do the work were on time, respectful of our offices and cleaned up everything when they were done. We will use BetteTel again very soon.
We were referred to BetterTel from another customer and we purchased a new system from them. We are very happy with the level of service they provided to us.
Our old phone vendor went out of business and BetterTel came out on Saturday and fixed our Avaya system. They did a great job.
We have maintenance contracts at all of 20 stores in MD, DC and VA. We have been working with BetterTel since 2015.
