Have been using them for several years, have some issues now and cannot get a hold of them to get it resolved. I've tried filling out their contact us form on their website now 3 times with no response. No phone number on their website to trouble shoot my issue. I'm a paying customer and am very unhappy about this.

We have been using BetterPT for 2 years now, and it was an integral part of our survival during the pandemic shutdown and the last year. I appreciate their responsiveness and the continuous quality improvement principles that they utilize. I highly recommend them for any practice of any size.
Better PT is a great online scheduling platform and company that has been working with us personally to customize the user experience for our PT company's needs. We found it because it integrated with our EMR, but the team at Better PT is why we love working with them.
