I was literally told during a resupply call that I had to resupply. I clean and wash my supplies with soap and water. I don't need to replace my stuff on the dot every 3 months. It's like having a pharmacist tell you that you have to fill that one prescription sitting on the account, literally the same thing. I am not for a resupply company telling me what I have to do with my cpap prescription. I choose you to have my prescription sent too. I'll admit, the phone service of the nation wide office is annoying. The representatives are polite and patient. But there is long wait times, and I was given incorrect updates on how much longer things would be taking to get my APAP. (After 2 week initial estimate, it was just one more day, then it was 3-5 days, and then 3-5 more business days after that). Frustrating stuff when you feel terrible. I’ve been fighting them on an incorrect bill for 4 months now. They agree the bill is incorrect. Then lie and say they will send a corrected bill but instead send you collection notices! What an awesome way to run a business!!! I’m about to pack up my machine, send it back & request a referral elsewhere. Not once have they been able to fulfill their promises that someone will call me back same day. So over them.
So I see a lot of people here leaving 1 star reviews, and they are warranted, but not super helpful. Here is my experience with better night and specific examples of what when wrong. BetterNight is a company that operates all across the US, with doctors matched to you by your state and where they are licensed to practice. You are not spoiled for choice here. Horrible experience for me, with this being a substantial upfront investment. The time from which they take the initial payment and ship the equipment is unacceptable. So once they finally do ship the equipment you receive an email saying your equipment is being shipped but no tracking info. Their automated answering system is a complete nightmare to navigate, and once you finally do reach someone the service is poor. Makes you feel like you've been scammed
