Thank you Tani for being so helpful and understanding with my billing issues. Betternight billing line and email did not help me whatsoever - they basically just ignored me without any follow up. But Tani helped me immediately after helping another customer and was very patient and empathetic with my issues. Thank you again!!!!!!

Terrible service! After waiting for a month for supplies and calling several times I finally received a package with The WRONG SUPPLIES.that do not fit my machine. I called about that and was promised a new shipment of the correct Supplies. I waited another month and received another package with the SAME WRONG SUPPLIES! I have not been able to use my machine for three months and I have severe Sleep Apnea!
