Cowboy property company, who employ the cheapest of the cheap contractors to enable shortcuts to be made. My advice would be not to buy one of their houses.
We moved in on the 12th December and Betterment Properties have been perfect, every employee who has visited our house has been really nice, respectful and professional, fixing any of our minor issues within hours of walking into our home. Our solicitor warned us to pay for a snagging professional report but that would have delayed the buying process by a couple of weeks and we would miss moving in before Christmas.
