Worst experience ever! Almost one month after going to this office, they randomly took $360 out of my account saying they had authorization to do so with no notice. What ethical medical practice deducts funds from your account a month after your visit with no notice and before you've received any statement? I spent hours on the line between billing and the office manager at the location. When I told her no one at the front desk informed me of this policy, she threatened to disconnect our call. Excellent service! Staff are kind & swift at this location. Thank you for your patience and making me feel comfortable.
I went it feeling better under the weather. The staff was excellent. They were polite and efficient and answered all my questions. They could not have been any better.
Doctor and nurse were stellar. Check in is a pain. You must enter all information including photos of med cards and drivers license even having been there before. Perhaps they changed names. Check in one star doc and nurse five stars so three stars average. Also it seems one staff member parked her MB in one of the spots closest to building. This should be reserved for patients and customers of other businesses. Employees should ALWAYS park away from the business.
