Very professional experience. No wait time. Rebecca Grinsell NP did a wonderful job-listening and spent extra time explaining everything. Would recommend her again and care more
The staff is amazing especially Keyon front desk, but the online system is so flawed. It really should be evaluated and fixed. It puts an automatic time of arrival/drive time for you and when you get there your appointment says you missed it and you have to wait another 45 minutes.

I set up an appointment online, which has a box for you to input how long of a drive it will be for you, waited around and then received a text to come in. I drove over half an hour there and when I got there I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait despite checking in online and being told it was my time to be seen.
