Honestly, really disappointing service at Douglas Hanly Moir, located inside Better Health Quarter. Even though the waiting area was practically empty, I still had to wait. There was only one person in front of me, and after waiting around 20 minutes, she still hadn’t been called in. It wasn’t until I asked the receptionist that she finally buzzed the pathologist, only to realise she had forgotten to notify her.
