Unfortunately I can't give a rave review since I called this 24/7 (supposedly) company yesterday morning (Sunday) as my a/c went out. I'd already diagnosed the problem but it's now Monday afternoon and NO call back! Thankfully I found someone else that called me back within the hour and was at my house 20minutes later and had me cool within the hour!!
