Thieves. I have a landlord that rented to own one of these buildings and part of my rental agreement with him allowed usage of the building. He didn't pay the bill on it and at one point I had to pay $646 dollars to keep them from repossessing it. He apparently slipped behind again and they came out and repossessed it with my things in it and will not allow me to pick them up until I pay his bill of $324.
