I absolutely love everyone in this office. The entire experience is so refreshing from the customer service I have become accustomed to now. The front desk team is warm and welcoming. All the nurses and lab technicians are just the same- kind and friendly. I love Savannah. She has truly helped me regain my health and confidence. I cannot thank this team enough for providing excellent health care.
The reviews I have read about this location are accurate. As a patient for several years, I have found the front desk to be challenging, while the doctors and ARNP are caring. However, the last ARNP left without notification and was replaced. It appears that some of the office processes are not functioning properly. Although the front desk staff are kind, communicating with them does not always yield the desired results. Dr. Gray and her team really take the time to get to know you and actually listen to you. It’s nice to be able to go to the doctor and tell them what’s going on and they actually listen and take your thoughts into consideration. The office management take feedback well and address any issues that a patient may have. The practice has a walk in clinic for sick visits and they also serve as a primary care provider.
