Former employee so read the review with that in mind. The company, in and of itself, is a good company with good fiberglass products. The non-managerial employees are hard working and do good work. I worked at plant 5 so I do not know what other managers are like at those particular plants. The overseer of all the plants was a very good manager that interacted with everyone and kept things running quite smoothly. As for the manager (boss) of plant 5, run. Far away. None of the company phone numbers work, all it says is if your employee that is reporting tardy leave a message.. Sheesh seems as if the main customer service number defaults to employees being tardy then this is certainly not the company to work for or buy from.. If you want to be successful fix all 5 of your phone numbers and actually pick up during normal business hours!!
