Please stay away from this place they are not what they used to be. If you’re trying to avoid getting swirls in your paint from a machine Wash by getting a hand wash this ain’t the place to go if you’re in the Richmond area. They will literally use the same towel that they just wiped dirt off the bottom off your car with to dry off your whole car. Auf unserer USA Tour benötigte unserer Van mal wieder eine außen Reinigung. Dieses war die teuerste und liebloseste Reinigung die unser Van erhalten hat. Bei den letzten Reinigungen haben wir zwischen 30 und 50 Dollar bezahlt und sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben. Doch hier erst 90 Dollar dann wollten sie sogar 150 Dollar wenn sie noch das Dach abspritzen. Am Ende doch 90 Dollar. Für Reise Vans nicht zu empfehlen.
I would not recommend nor would I ever go to them again. I won’t even get into the frustrating communication issues before, during, and after my appointment when the work itself was so bad and really the most important part. I wanted my car detailed specifically to have my seats cleaned (they merely had gotten dirty from having a dog, no serious stains) and I even called this out to them when I dropped it off.
