Dara at better body works listened carefully to my concerns and addressed exactly the area where I have been experiencing pain - for years - my right scapula, shoulder and neckt. the following day I was sore - the after that, I had a massive shift in my shoulder. When I tell you to not walk, but run to this place & Dara, I mean it!! I suffer from degenerative disc disease. Sometimes I have bad flare ups where my neck and shoulder are locked, I’m spasming and I’m bed ridden and in level 10 pain. A friend had given me a gift certificate for Better Vibes Bodywork. I really enjoyed my massage and the knowledge she shared with me. I felt very safe in the massage room.
Dara gave me an AMAZING 90min pain relief massage. Her hands may be magic. She explained in detail what to do to help keep the pain in my neck, shoulders, and jaw from coming back. I was expecting deep tissue work to be rather painful. I was surprised by how relaxing yet effective the massage was. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more sessions with Dara.
