Dara is an extremely caring person. I went to her with intense lower back pain that I had for almost a week. She asked questions on the area hurting before starting work on it and reviewed some exercises with me. The areas she focused on all tied into my back pain which all made sense. By mid-evening, there was a noticeable improvement in my mobility. She said she would follow up with me the next day with some exercises, and true to her word, she did.
Excellent massage. Recommend to anyone looking for pain relief during pregnancy. Dara did not disappoint. She is very knowledgeable and educational. Not only do you leave feeling relief she provides a ton of knowledge and tips you can do right at home.

Dara is out here performing miracles.
