It is always a pleasure having Ralph and his team frequently visit our clinic to help us with orthopaedic cases.
Ralph and the nursing team offer an excellent option for specialist surgical options in the GP clinic setting. Their communication is excellent- they seem to always run ahead of time and they synchronise in well to the clinic day. Ralph provides excellent before and after surgery care and support to the clinic and his communications with the owner on the day of surgery are fabulous.
We frequently use Better Vet Referrals for orthopaedic procedures at our clinic. Ralph and Tracey are excellent and I cannot praise them enough. They not only have top-notch clinical skills but enviable bedside manner and bags of empathy for our mutual patients (and clients) as well. Our clients love them as well and wouldn't have trouble recommending them to others.
Our 13 year old border collie cross german shepherd Rocket was kicked by a horse and we rushed him to our local vet. We were told that Ralph would be able to come down to operate on him that same afternoon so alot of the anxiety was taken away with such prompt service. The team at better Vet Referrals went above and beyond to assist my fur baby Mac when he fell off the couch and needed urgent knee surgery. The team were lovely explained every option and outcome for Mac. Mac's surgery went excellent and he was back on his feet chasing his sister with no problems at all.
