We have a long standing relationship with Better Value (30 years) and they never disappoint! Service is top notch. Cameron our service tech answered all our questions, and completed the project with confidence! Thank you 😊
Positives: - Quick response time - they had a plumber available within a day or two. Sometimes plumbers can have weeks of wait time. - Hourly rate quoted is $95/ hour - Arrived on time Negatives: - I didn't receive my invoice until months later. When I received it, it wasn't quite right. I questioned it and it was revised. - The office manager's email was compromised and sent me malicious malware. Don't open any links from this company's email.
We had a seriously plugged kitchen drain at our home. This company sent a gentleman named Bailey, who used a snake to try to clear the drain without success, then realized that there was another possible solution where the drain ran under the house. He crawled into a very awkward space, found, then fixed the problem! Very friendly & couteous man. Can't say enough good about him! Thank you, Bailey! Thank you, Better Value Plumbing!
