When I received it, it wasn't quite right. I questioned it and it was revised. - The office manager's email was compromised and sent me malicious malware. Don't open any links from this company's email.
We had a seriously plugged kitchen drain at our home. This company sent a gentleman named Bailey, who used a snake to try to clear the drain without success, then realized that there was another possible solution where the drain ran under the house. He crawled into a very awkward space, found, then fixed the problem! Very friendly & couteous man. Can't say enough good about him! Thank you, Bailey! Thank you, Better Value Plumbing!
